Burn Block Birch Faced Ply-
Supply and fitting this Birch Face Plywood to the Schools sports Hall provided a great looking addition to the new Hall but providing the ‘Burn Block’ Plywood also delivered the requirement for spread of flame resistance.

Library Structure-
Continuing the Birch Face ply theme through from the Hall into the Library, this laminated timber structure with Birch Ply ‘fins’ will provide a segregated Library area, a great addition to the Schools design and facilities.

Lympstone Exeter Q Mark, BM Trada fire door installations

Working within the Marine Camp we are installing over 130 doors under the Q Mark, BM Trada fire door installer scheme. Subsequent to this, we are also supplying and fitting drying rooms and furniture support systems throughout the 4 floors of accommodation.

Lyde Green Extra Care 50 Apartments in Bristol

Lyde Green Extra Care Scheme in Bristol will provide 50 care apartments with facilities such as Hair Salons, Café, Lounges and more. Constructs are providing a full package, installing the roof structures, external cladding systems, including Marley Click and more traditional Larch cladding, along with providing the internal 1st and 2nd fix works. Working again with a great site team from Yatton Extra Care.

Sherborne Apartments and House Retirement Living Homes

Now working on this apartment complex and houses on the former Sherborne Hotel site. The development will offer 119 retirement living homes split between 37 houses and 82 apartments.

The apartment block forms the centre hub providing communal facilities for all residents within the development. The scheme also includes the provision of a 25-bedroom hotel located on the corner of the A30 and Horse castles.
