Timber Frame New Housing in Ilchester

Hainbury Meadows, Ilchester – We are pleased to be working with Vistry Partnerships on this affordable development of two-bedroom and three-bedroom homes, which will be available under a Share Ownership Scheme, on behalf of Abri Homes (formerly Yarlington Homes). These homes are a timber frame structure, and our works include both 1st and 2nd fix. Homes are expected to be available from Winter 2021.

Devon Carpentry Contractors – Monkerton Community Primary Academy

Monkerton Community Primary School, Devon – We are pleased to have collaborated with main contractor ISG Plc on this new tech-led digital primary academy. The official opening took place on 19th September with Sir Michael Morpurgo as the guest of honour.

Somerset, Brent Knoll Timber Structure Homes

Brent Knoll Affordable Housing – Providing much needed affordable homes to the village of Brent Knoll, Somerset, we are pleased to have worked in collaboration with EG Carter & Co on this development of 15 timber structure houses. Carpentry works that Constructs undertook include the 1st fix, 2nd fix and kitchen installations. The project is scheduled for completion in October 2021.

Yeovil QMARK BM Trada Fire Door Installers Fairmead SEN School

Fairmead SEN School, Yeovil – We are pleased to have worked with ISG Construction on this renovation and extension of Fairmead SEN School, including works to 12 additional classrooms, a new hall, life skills room and a sensory room, alongside an extended staff room.

Constructs supplied and fitted skirting boards, MDF Stair-strings and door sets installed to QMARK BM Trada Fire Door Installer Scheme.
